Zero Stars, I have been waiting for months for a response from them and finally I get a call from April telling me she "sent a text message" I have two foster kids and apparently their claim was denied and the appeal was as well. Then I a told I am "wasting my time to call the insurance company again" I would have paid them out of pocket! Rude people.
