Do not go here my daughter was examined and was told she had a baby tooth so needed to get pulled plus had severe cross bite but insurance denied us saying it needed to be medically necessary I called back 2 times never received a call back trying to get a explanation on how it wasn't medically necessary or if they could submit a form to insurance which they needed saying it was . Does this place even exist? I call their number, show up 2 times so far and there is no one there I don’t understand. Their hours literally says on google that they’re open but doesn’t match up when you go there since no one’s there, Also they never answer the phone or email. I’m trying to get help with my retainers since I used to be a patient of Dr. Gulden.
I originally went here when I was 12 years old and I am now 20. I dealt with so much coming here. I still feel really uncomfortable going to dentist and it’s all because of Dr. Goulding. He was the worst person I have ever met. I went to this orthodontist and they told me to wait for a call. It’s been over a year and now I’m just wasting my time. I was told to wait to see if my teeth changes but instead of just giving me braces they’re making me wait. Don’t come here or you’ll waste your time.
