Excellent Customer Service. This review is for the service department and my service advisor, Nena Downey. Nena and the service crew at White Bear Acura took great pride and care in servicing my 2021 TLX on 08/08/2025. Services needed to be done was one of the big ones for the 100k mile milestone mark, so price was a bit up there, but totally reasonable and fair and most importantly competitive with the other Acura Service Departments in the Twin City Metro.
