Literally the worst and most insensitive doctor I have been to. She does not listen to her patients and does not care about their comfort or symptoms, would recommend a stranger on the side of the road before her
Dr. White is empathetic by being a great listener. Whenever I see her I feel heard and not dismissed I feel that she is focused only on me. Dr. White explains and communicates clearly addressing all my questions and challenges. Betty, her right hand, is very friendly and supportive. The exam room is comfortable and soothing. Dr. White never rushes through my visits. Dr. White is kind, patient and has an excellent bedside manner. My well-being is important to her.
Dr. White has been there for me when I've needed help most and needed help quickly. Other doctors tend to have a long wait to get in and if you need help fast, you often can't get it. Dr. White has made sure I've gotten help the same day on two separate occasions. This has given me the sense that she truly cares about people and will fit them in if she possibly can do so, even if it means she comes into the office earlier than she'd planned or stayed later. She's been a God-send.
Dr. White started out great. The more I went, the more I thought she was getting to know me. Well that is a joke. Every time she had to ridicule me about not using birth control and did I want to get pregnant at age. Having to remind her every time I have been with my wife for over 10 years. The receptionist is not the best either. When I was checking out. She asked if she could check me in as if I had just gotten there.
