I mean, I dropped it off unable to open my tailgate, and picked it up with the same problem. Two of their own workers came out unable to open it. So who was incompetent enough to think it was finished? Not even a "sorry," was told, "We'll keep it overnight and call you in the morning." Duh. That's the least I'd expect. Terrific customer service. Excellent body work. Have used Schaefer Auto Body twice before and had bad experiences both times. Highly recommend ABRA.
I have been using ABRA for a while now. They only do my body work on my vehicles. The staff is great and they do an awesome job.
Trying to get my car in to get repaired was a nightmare. Must not need the business. Worst customer service I have ever experienced with car repair.
We have used White (Abra) multiple times. They have been fair, fast, honest and friendly. The communication is great too. Highly recommend them.
I dropped my car off last Monday for a dent to be fixed that was no bigger than 2 inches by the door handle. A week later and I still am waiting for my car. I'm not sure on what planet this makes sense but I guess it does for them. My first and last time using this place..
