The customer service here is exceptional. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making my wedding experience special. The alterations were perfect, and the after-purchase support was incredibly helpful.
Had to come back again and just absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! The staff were so patient and helpful, and they made finding my dream dress stress-free and exciting. Still, the dress quality was outstanding, and the price was very reasonable for such beautiful craftsmanship. Thank you so much!
The lady that assisted me was friendly however I did feel was quite pushy to buy the dress I liked to get a small discount despite me saying I hadn’t been to many stores yet and wanted time to think. I also didn’t like she was secretive about telling us the prices as I tried each dress on which we thought was odd. Both of these things were quite off putting and didn’t make me want to come back. I had an amazing experience during my first appointment at White Atelier — the consultant was incredibly kind, attentive, and made me feel truly special. Amazing experience with Tammy. She was so kind and made the appointment so easy. The dress range was absolutely perfect and the boutique itself was private, intimate and stunning. I ended up choosing the first dress I tried on and I’m so thankful to White Atelier and Tammy for making the process so seamless.
