Just stopped service without telling us "due to lack of payment" even though we paid him. Pool turned green and grew black algae. Service days were inconsistent. Never went the same day every week and certain times there would be 8-9 up to 14!!! days in between service. After 11 days passed.... AGAIN. I texted asking why there hasn't been service and verbatim I was texted "We have terminated your service so to lack of payments since last week. Thank you." Which the grammar isn't even correct. Hacer trato con esta compañia ha sido la peor experiencia que he tenido. Desafortunadamente te piden la mitad del dinero y luego tienes que aceptar su mal trabajo, informalidad y mal trato cuando les refieres algo mal hecho del trabajo realizado (tienes que aceptar lo que hallan hecho aún veas que esta mal). No son en lo absoluto éticos !!!!
SCAM WE HAVE SOUGHT LEGAL COUNSEL AND ARE FILING A COMPLAINT AGAINST HIS LLC. He stole our money. we have filed charges the court. We have communicated with our bank, thumbtack, and the LLC agency. He was supposed to come the morning of 3/11/26. He did not answer his phone or texts. When we told him he needed to reply asap, he said he would be at our place by 5p. He then blocked us and would not answer on any service. HE IS A LIAR AND WE WILL SEE HIM IN COURT.
