Got my oil changed and tire rotation. As soon as I took off my tire pressure light came on. Called they had to look it up to tell me how to fix it. It took me 2 seconds to look it up myself and fix it. Then they didn't even reset my oil too 100%. NOT HAPPY Why can't people take pride in their jobs anymore?
Five stars for the Service Department at White Allen Honda! A couple of weeks ago, the A/C in my Civic started blowing hot air. I hesitated to get it checked out, worried it would turn into an expensive repair. We’d had a similar issue a couple years ago that was covered under warranty.
