Doug was exceptional, he assisted me with finding the exact car I wanted and was able to drive away that day with it after the original car I went to see sold before my appointment. Excellent service.
I had a horrible past couple of weeks dealing with a car wreck that totaled my vehicle. The process was very difficult in getting the other drivers insurance to pay up for what they caused. Jay Plake , from Pre-owned Sales, is a very genuine no pressure salesman with a great sense of humor and he exhibited respectful professionalism. He made my purchasing experience wonderful. He went to bat for me with his manager when three days after purchase I discovered my defrost wasn’t working properly so I didn’t have to pay a deductible for the repair.
