Complete waste of time. I made an appointment online and even called to verify that my truck could be serviced. When I arrived, I was told they couldn’t work on it because it was over 20 years old — it’s a 2005 GMC. This could have easily been communicated over the phone or clearly stated on the website before wasting my time and trip.
