My Fujitsu reverse cycle ducted AC decided to go on the blink. Freezing, I called Mark because he was very local to me in Plympton. Fantastic, within 24 hours he's solved my problem, serviced my unit, and most importantly I'm warm again. Great guy, extremely professional, highly, highly recommend!!

When my Panasonic RC/AC was showing an error message and shutting down, I called a few businesses and spoke to office staff. Most wanted $150 -$200 as an initial call out fee. When I called and spoke directly to Mark I realised he was an owner operator of his own business. He popped around the next afternoon, ran a check and ordered the faulty part which was $70 while he was at my home at Nth Brighton.
