My Samsung unit stopped working. Called Mark, he came out to have a look at a time that suited both of us. He replaced it with a Daikin system which has been amazing. Mark is an amazing and honest person. His Knowledge of aircon systems is so amazing, that he even solved problems from past installations. Thank you for all your hard work Mark.
