My son was purchasing a new vehicle and was in G.R. needing insurance to finalize the purchase. It was near closing time and I wasn't sure we'd be able to make it happen until the next day. I called the office at 4:59pm and Heath had us set up by 5:04pm, with proofs sent to my email shortly after. We were so pleased and grateful that they went ahead and got us hooked up so quickly, and my son was able to complete his first big-boy purchase. :)
