Tried to charge me $350 to change a knuckle no even an axle replacement cost that much….then when I said no he STOPPED REPLYING AND KEPT MY KEYS FOR TWO DAYS!!!! Didn’t care to respond nor help was standing out in the cold 4:25-5:30 waiting because online it says 9-5pm but he didn’t follow his own rule and LEFT terrible service
When there to get a interlock device swapped from one vehicle to another. By the late afternoon my vehicle was still in the shop. The sealing from the top of shop staring to fall. It also landed on my vehicle when falling damaging my vehicle in the process. He said he was going to take care of my vehicle and nothing just ignored my txt and calls. Be careful when have your vehicle serviced there because the shop is falling down in pieces.
Great mechanic!! Found Whitcomb Auto in an emergency situation stranded from out of town. The owner himself came to my location and helped me and my family get home safely. Fixed everything on site, and great pricing. I would travel to his shop to get such great service!!
