We ordered a stove on sale during Black Friday weekend. It was to be delivered on Tuesday November 29th. After twice claiming all the stock was damaged, they agreed to deliver a different item the next week. The night before delivery they cancelled and said the original stove would be in that next day. Today, December 9th the stove was finally delivered and the cord was not even wired to the stove. My electrician happened to be there and was able to wire it. Whitco should not be able to get away with this, so we are writing this review to warn others and hopefully get Whitco to do the right thing. We were and still are being given the runaround and excuse after excuse. Due to us being patient and giving B*** at Whitco many chances, BBB will not allow us to file a complaint because of their one year window policy.
