Karin will make sure that you are taken care of. Client service matters to her. She looks out for you. I had a mortgage lender try to switch a policy to them during a refinance and she knew to check with me first. I'm glad she did, because I actually had selected a different lender to move forward with and was in the process of closing with them. A switch like that could have inadvertently delayed my closing.
