Very fast,Knowledgeable and Reasonable – I have a 65" Panasonic PLasma TV that I had purchased just over one year ago and I was sent by Panasonic to Whitby TV and they helped me to get my Plasma TV repairs covered by warranty. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE – Over the past 25 years I have used many service people and have had varying experiences from good to very poor but after using WHITBYTV as recommend by Panasonic to repair my out of warranty Plasma TV, I was so impressed by these professionals I felt compelled to share my experience with others. TV Repair - Panasonic – Whitby TV was prompt with pick up my TV, they notified me about the problem the day after they picked it up and it was repaired within a week. They returned my TV on my schedule and even accomidated me with a call to let me meet them at home instead of waiting for hours for someone to show up. I would recommend them.
Took four weeks to get one bulb in! – It took four weeks to get my television back. They stated it was because they could not order bulbs individually and had to wait for others to need bulbs. WTF???? They only did half of what I asked them to as far as repairs go. The half they did complete (installed a new bulb) was fine. I believe because it was a simple repair. One more thing, it is a HORRID neighborhood.
