I have been coming to Whitby Physio Limited for the past Two Years. I received Orthotics from Asad and he was so professional and explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. Asad recommended I come to see The Physiotherapist, Pooja when I got tendinitis in my arm/elbow last year. WOW…Pooja worked with Me and communicated explicitly what was happening in my muscles, tendons, etc. while giving me Exercises and suggestions to get rid of the pain in my arm/elbow.
