I scheduled a 2 PM appointment with Justin and arrived on time. However, the experience was disappointing from the start. I waited 5 minutes for the receptionist to assist me with the application, and after a brief interaction, she disappeared again. I got my first massage at this clinic and was beyond happy with the service. The ambiance, the presentation, and the service providers were all amazing, and I was sure to be a regular at this place. Over this past year, I booked 2 more appointments, and both were canceled at the last minute on the day of the appointment or with less than 24hr notice. I have been coming here for years and the massages have been great!!! However it is impossible to get a massage. You are waiting at least a couple of months. Today I had my massage, after my massage they told me an updated letter from my insurance was needed. I had to pay for the massage out of pocket.
