We had purchased a living room set from Whitby Furniture store about 10-12 years ago. Our needs changed so went back to them and same customer support they take time to explain. They did not rush us to make a decision and we took pictures, did our space measurements and on the 3 re trip we purchased a compact set from them. The delivery guys were amazing. On time helped us to do set up some design advice and helped us align the rug to match furniture etc. absolutely happy from sales to delivery guys to clean up. Will recomme... read more
“I had a wonderful experience at HomeSense today. The employees were so kind and helpful. I bought a coffee table and three of the staff members, a very strong and kind woman’s , helped me carry it and load it into my car. I really appreciated their excellent customer service.
