Customer service/delivery was terrible. We ordered our couch and were given a timeline for when it would be ready. The time came and passed. We had to call the store to see when to expect our delivery. When our couch was delivered, the crew damaged our newly renovated walls, even though we had asked for the legs to be removed in the beginning. No updates at first after placing an order online, but WhatsApp support sorted it out fast. 10/10 recommend using WhatsApp if you have any issues.
