Honest workers that put their clients satisfaction and safety first! I brought my bike tire in a few weeks ago, as it mysteriously failed to keep pressure- Wayne was quick to replace it. I was grateful that he shared his knowledge with me and let me observe his work. The personal touch makes all the difference! They even replaced the tube again -pro gratis- when a week later, I returned as the tube seemed to have a defect. Now i’ve got no problems and I know where to go for all my tire needs! Thank you
Their community involvement at Whitby library was really cool! Blake and crew are amazing!
These guys tuned up our grandson’s bike this spring. He had some issues when he got it back and we returned to the store. We were greeted with an apology for the problem and they promised to rectify the issue the same day. When we picked it up they had replaced a part to ensure a good working bike. There was no charge for the labour. We were invited to return if there were more problems. A great experience.
