Great place for bike knowledge and service
My bike was not repaired correctly and the person fixing had no clue why it cant be fixed. I was charged the full.
I have had an amazing experience with Wayne at Whitby bikes. Without giving details, he really put himself out there for me. He made sure things were ok with my bike and refused to let me pay him for some extra things he did. Nobody does that anymore. He built a good relationship with me and I won’t go anywhere else. Thanks Wayne.
I purchased a Specialized e-bike about a year ago from Whitby Bikes. Their customer support and service are second to none! They have great quality products and their service is always top notch. Highly recommend - Great for our Whitby community!
