As a long term customer I am disappointed to report that Whitaker has ignored months of calling and attempted contact from us to have our systems serviced. During that time we began experiencing system problems and left updated messages of concern. Finally, after being ignored for so long we called another service provider. We are very happy with the installation and system over the last 2 years. Easy to use and great service. A couple of times when we had questions they answered quickly.

Jason (and his father beforehand) have been talking care of us for years. Recently we had a major issue with our water well that required a serious refitting of the well and soft water systems. We weren't sure who to take care of both issues. Talked with Jason and he spent extra hours and intensive work repairing and re-organizing our water system. We love his work ethic and his competence. He is also an honest man. We highly recommend him.

Recently purchased water softener from Whitaker's. First class service, and exceptional installation. New softener was advertised to reduce water use. My January and February water usage is down 30%. I can highly recommend this company.

I recently had an Evolve series water softener installed. They are extremely knowledgeable about the systems and were very friendly and professional. All my questions were answered and we are loving the benefits of the new system. I will continue to use them for all of my water conditioning needs!!
