Called to see if they were accepting new patients and the lady that picked up the phone was so rude and the nastiest attitude. If that is how your staff answers the phone I would hate to be a patient in need.

Both my wife Patricia and myself see Doctor Grizzard at this office. The staff has always been very helpful and pleasant.

Just wanted to sincerely thank Dr. Fitzmorris, her assistant, and the entire staff at this practice for their compassion and understanding during my last visit in early March 2019. I've been going through some challenging times and they more than provided the heartfelt support I needed. Can't thank you all enough – forever in your debt.

If you are looking for a doctor who will listen thoughtfully and then help you navigate your medical journey, Dr. Fitzmorris is not the one for you. If you just want a yearly physical and an antibiotic when you have a cold- she’ll be fine. The office staff is rude however so you might find equal care but a more pleasant experience at CVS
