Can't say enough good things about Travis and his staff. After having disappointing experiences with several other contractors, Travis has been a breath of fresh air! Professional, timely, and thorough, I rely on him to clean and maintain both my koi and goldfish ponds. If I have questions or need expert advice, Travis is there. So glad to have a real pro to count on.
Absolutely thrilled with their work! They consulted for me to complete my pond myself due to a breach of contract with a prior contractor. Then I realized it was just too risky for me to do it alone and they gave me a very fair quote to take over the project from me. Within 3 weeks, they were able to fit me into their schedule and did an absolute knockout job!
This is a review from my mom and dad - Mark and Pam Trull: We first contacted Travis by phone. From that initial phone call until the pond was complete and the trucks were leaving our home--they did a GREAT job. Travis and his crew were exceptional. EVERYONE was friendly and very diligent installing our pond in EXTREME heat. When the pond was complete they left the work area clean and we are enjoying a BEAUTIFUL water feature. We are delighted hearing the soothing sound of a waterfall-----we LOVE our pond!
We have worked with Travis on two different water features for our backyard. They were small features that really added to the sanctuary setting we were striving to establish. Travis was knowledgeable and friendly.
I can't sing the praises of Travis and Shannon enough. Their level of professionalism and perfection is unmatched. My waterscape looks natural and fits my space perfectly. Working with Travis on the design was such a simple process and he was able to make my vision a reality. Maintenance is a breeze as well, Travis is always super quick to respond to any issues or questions I've had.
