Everytime I call and ask for a specific part they never have it, or they don’t point me in any direction to help with find the part out there. Not good service and very rude. That why they get a one star.
I would highly recommend not using this wrecker service. We had a camper down at round Spring campground in Eminence, Missouri. We were not able to get there in time to get it picked up by checkout time. So the park had the camper towed by this towing service. We ended up with a $2110 tow bill plus items missing from the camper and also damage to the fiberglass on the driver side of the camper. We are currently speaking with our attorneys to seek legal action.
We went to get a look over on our vehicle and they let us know what needed to be fixed and gave us an estimate on what we would have to pay for! They ordered us our parts while we were still there trying to figure out a good day and time to come back to get everything fixed! Very respectful!
Joshua came out gave us a jump start because our truck would not start. He got here quickly and called to make sure we made it to the mechanic shop okay. He was very polite and concerned that we were taken care of.
