I have known Whitaker for many years I have known him to be dishonest and to take credit for other people's work. And claim it was his work to promote his business. Customer beware.
Scalped me for plowing my driveway. For a 35 foot driveway he had to go get a front end loader?? $10 dollar driveway turn into a $50 fiasco. Still get it plowed but not by that crook. Still only $10 bucks to.
