Do you tell all your drivers to drive like assholes? Excessive speeding, tailgating, and driving fast in bad weather? Every day I get tailgated or blown past by an F350 with WC on the doors. I'm getting video, truck plates, and numbers, and reporting to UHP. This is outlandish.
By not allowing HR to decide who is a liability and who isn't when you still have employees working for you that are a liability especially the one who ran over another employee is still working there. God forbid if someone tries to correct their mistake!

I think this absolutely the worst construction company I have ever dealt with. They are extremely rude and unprofessional to the people in my neighborhood. They have blocked us in our driveways numerous times as they don't let us know they will be digging a huge hole in front of our house. Recently as of yesterday they left a pipe in front of our driveway so we can't get in. And it's a weekend so it will be there until they come back on Monday and it probably will still be there. Good benefits great people to work with & for all & all I am happy here for the most part were always working and have more projects coming up for winter that's a great sign I could use a raise but hey can't we all use one Lol I am greatful to have work
