Working with Chris Whitaker was a serious mistake. He was brought into my in case under a court-approved protective order that required strict handling of confidential financial records. Despite this clear obligation, he released all of those protected documents to the other side — a direct violation of the order he agreed to follow. I strongly advise against working with Chris Whitaker. He signed a stipulated protective order in my divorce case, agreeing to safeguard sensitive financial documents — then turned around and breached that very order by releasing all protected materials to the opposing party. When confronted, he admitted he wasn’t equipped to handle protected information, despite knowingly taking the case under those terms.
