We absolutely LOVE Whit’s, like will drive 30 minutes to get it, but this location is awful. Never open when their hours say they will be. When staffed, it’s hit or miss if the person knows what they’re doing (to be fair it’s typically someone covering both this and Donato’s counters). There are locations that are in Lebanon and Trenton that are way better.
One star is not fair. Went there tonight, June 4, 2025, wanted to buy an ALREADY MADE ice cream sandwich in their little cooler. Noone there to sell it, so i asked the connected Donatos to help me, "we cant". It was 630pm on a wednesday in the summer!! What a JOKE. a new ice cream place is opening near Kroger by Great Clips on Martha Layne Dr. Go there, they WANT your money and business.

Horrible service. I walked in and asked for a milkshake. The server went to the back to see if they had milk. Told me they didn't. And that if I wanted a milkshake I should go to five guys next door. Didn't even try to offer me anything else. Or even apologize for the lack there of. Wouldn't recommend
I’ve been here multiple times, including tonight, and they don’t have milk. How does an ice cream shop repeatedly not have milk? They told me to go next door to five guys if I wanted a milkshake WHAT? Left without buying anything and won’t be returning. This has happened too many times.
