HORRIBLE PEOPLE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! I recommend going SOMEWHERE else... They will rip you off of tons of money and then lie to you before and after. We bought what WE WERE TOLD was "Real 100% Genuine Leather" a little after a year later the FAKE LEATHER RIPPED!!!!!!! And they refused to help us because we did not have a receipt OVER A YEAR LATER!!! We looked under the couch and found a tag... THE F**KING COUCH IS POLYESTER!!!!!!!!! F**K THOSE A**HOLES!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Beware! Beware of the jewelry department. I was a loyal customer spending enough money in there to purchase a car, but when it was time to get my jewelry repaired it was a nightmare! First they hassled me about switching my insurance to the mediocre company they push on all their customers. I payed them to replace a small diamond and when I came in to pick it up they had switched my ring with another work order and handed me back a ring that wasn't mine! Amazing!!! What a wonderful place to shop for quality furnishings for an amazing price. Les was extremely helpful, not pushy, and extremely educated about every piece of furniture on the floor. Mike helped me pick out the perfect rug for my space, and even had some chairs delivered upstairs so that I could envision better how the colors would fit together. Do NOT trust Whit Ash with your jewelry! Whit Ash appraised and sized a family heirloom for me. The girl showed me how they check to be sure the diamonds are real with two meters - one to test diamonds and one to test moissanite. A prong broke shortly after that so I took it back and had to leave the ring for two days. I was helped this time by an arrogant, rude man who was insulted when I asked for the testing that they taught me! Selection is pretty amazing My recent experience with a major furniture purchase here was outstanding. This was partly because of the quality and abundance of merchandise available, and partly because the salespeople were exceptionally helpful. The prices weren't bad either. Definitely would come here again!
