This review is for the woman in the office named Tina. I had been trying to get in with my oral surgeon and couldn't even get through the line at the hospital. Tina personally took my information and called them - an entirely different doctor. What customer service. In these times of COVID it's really important to give credit where businesses are going above and beyond. And this is one of those instances. She didn't have to help me. Im not even a patient there. 5 stars from me. Super kind office staff.
My brother had a large cyst that was badly infected so we took him here for a consultation with Dr. Patterson. He is a great oral surgeon who's really knowledgeable, professional, flexible and caring. The operation went smoothly and my brother is healing up quickly. Dr. Patterson checked in on my brother multiple times before and after the procedure. It's hard to find a doctor that genuinely cares about his patients.
Dr. Patterson has removed regular teeth and wisdom teeth for both of my children. Very good job every time. Office staff and billing is great.
