Had a hot dog and tots for lunch, and it was delicious!
This review is long overdue. Whistling Boar catered our intimate 14 person wedding in Niwot. We were blown away by the food (so fresh! ingredients so carefully selected and prepared!) and the service went above and beyond. They distracted our dog when she started barking during the vows, and they made sure to pull us aside to make sure we got the appetizers before they ran out. We couldn’t recommend them more.
I was feeling under the weather and wanted some soup, so I found this spot and ordered for pickup. I ordered a roast beef sandwich w/soup, side of fries, and a cinnamon roll. The good: roast beef sandwich and cinnamon roll were both excellent. Fries were ok, but beet ketchup was great. The bad: the soup (vegetable minestrone) was actually terrible. So glad Provisions is open for lunch again! The curry chicken salad sandwich was wonderfully spiced and the fries were spot on. Don't skip out on the homemade pop tarts!!
