Very disappointed with the service at Whistler Medical Centre. After a skiing injury, we paid privately for X-ray and CT scans because this is a potentially surgical case and time is critical. We were explicitly told that the results would be ready in a few days. After paying, we were then informed that the wait time is anywhere from one to FOUR weeks. Me and my friends have experienced the same uncomfortable experience in Whistler Lab. This Asian nurse a guy who looks like a Filo who takes blood seems like always in a Rush doing everything like he’s Flash and there’s no reason to rush, no line up or anything. He seems like he’s just showing off or something. Just felt uncomfortable and it’s the first time I have experienced that with a nurse. He’s okay but his work ethic just sucks and we hated him.
Excellent experience, fell in the bike park and was treated very efficiently and effectively by kind and caring staff.
