Staff were all lovely, kind, helpful, and thorough. They did a variety of tests including an x-ray in a very timely fashion. Very nice and clean space. Couldn't ask for more to be honest.
Professional and efficient
If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands down one of the most humiliating and infuriating experiences I’ve ever had. I came to this clinic with everything ready — my travel insurance had already booked and approved an X-ray. When I arrived, the front desk was polite and checked my ID and documents with no problem. But then I was sent to Financial, where everything went downhill fast. The woman at Financial (Asian woman, barely understandable English) acted like I was a burden from the moment I walked in. Love how a woman asks to be kept safe in thos world at a hospital and one nurse says that she will make sure I can stay the night and be safe and then I'm told I got attitude by a whole other nurse. Another tells me I'm wrong even though that is legit what I was told. Next time someone tells me to go to a&e for help in a situation then imma just not. Every staff member looked at me with pure disgust like I was an addict trying to get drugs. Worst bloody hospital in this county. But what can you expect when every person in th... read more
