Was not ski in and ski out as expected but was a reasonable walk to the slope. The unit was a bit cold but it is a cold time of year. the staff supplied firewood and and was available at a moment notice! Would recommend!
Whistlepunk Condo. under mgmt.co. CASAGO. First no working fire detector, main slide vertical blind non working and missing half, dishwasher cooked crust on pan, pan in storage cooked crud, smelled like cigs., very inaccurate description by Airbnb.
The first room we checked into was decent and had a nice couch and large bed. The TV was broken and it took two days of calling to get maintenance to come take a look and they determined it was unfixable so they moved us to a room with the hardest couch I have ever felt and a single person bed. And the TV outlets were taken up by the wifi router and modem and they had now power strip. The maintenance claimed to have no power strip or extension cable and they recommended that I go buy one in town after they were already close... read more
Be careful. When they say ski in & ski out, it completely depends on what building you are in. Our building was approximately 200 yards from the slopes. That is NOT in & out which was the main thing we were seeking in our rental. At checkout, they told us that they get these complaints often. Older people have a very hard time carrying that far. Aside from that, these are decent low end units.
Few maintenance issues, but overall, really nice lodging a stone's throw away from the ski trail or lift.
