I’ve ordered food here several times before and it was always very good until today. Maybe they have a new cook but the Reuben did not taste good, the flavor was very bland. I also got the French dip and I was not given the dipping sauce. Very disappointed when you get home and you are missing things.
I did an online ordered came in when it said the sandwiches would be done about 30 mins. They were not ready which is fine I know the system is automated, but I noticed there was about five or six other people and they were also waiting. It took another 30 minutes for my food to be ready!! An hour for a sandwich!
Ordered ahead through Toast today and picked up an Italian sub, a Chicken Caprese panini, pasta salad, quinoa salad, a blackberry lemonade, and a chocolate chip cookie. I have an avocado allergy (EpiPen level) and after placing my order I tried calling to let them know, but nobody answered. I understand, lunchtime at a deli may equal no time to answer the phone. Went for my first time tonight. Wow! Chicken cordon blue and the Italian panini were delicious. Stuffed ridiculously with meat and the bread was amazing. Can't wait to try something else. Support local!
