Really enjoyed my visit to Whistle Punk Brewing! The vibe inside is super cozy, making it a great spot to hang out and take your time. The staff were exceedingly friendly, clearly knew their stuff, and were happy to walk us through the menu without being pushy about it. We got the flight, which is a great deal (6 pours at 5oz each, which is great for trying a lot of the tap list). I love this place. The absolute best brewery in downtown Spokane. Incredible environment, great staff, and the best beer going. Highly recommend this Spokane gem.
Wow. I used to think this place was great—until this experience. I simply asked if my beer could be poured into a different glass. It had already been partially poured, and I didn't mind if it was a smaller pour. Instead of accommodating a simple request, I was told they wouldn't do it. I believe customers should be treated with respect, especially when the request is reasonable. The situation got worse when I asked to speak with someone I know who works there.
