I had someone rearend me waiting in line at the car wash today. The sweetest lady Joanne(assuming she was the manager), checked on me several times and was so kind as I waited. She even made sure my daughter's were okay and brought them a water & a snack. She went above and beyond today and I greatly appreciated her kindness.Â
