Well I cancelled two subscriptions today and wont be returning to this car wash. I can deal with the fact that many of the components in the car wash are regularly broken, but when the wash leaves soap on much of my hood and front grill, I feel like your staff should care when I ask for a solution. Staff are amazing and friendly while I bring my child with me to the location but only hard part is when an older, black lady is hollering causing a scene upsetting my child due to something other staff are not able to control besides report to their higher ups. I talked to the staff a little after she left as I have family at the location and was concerned that she would make others upset due to her poor communication and lack of respect to others surrounding her and little ears.
