This place didn't clean as good as the one in avon ohio. The soap didn't get my side mirrors with the brush...it only got my side mirrors at the time of rinsing. I liked that it offer clean microfiber drying towels. But be careful as some people don't read and put the dirty towels back in the clean section. It does have free vacuum, but it's not powerful...have to got through same area a few extra times. I didn't get a chance to try the mat roller.
This place is terrible. Bought a membership and the first 2 times I went through the membership line it wouldn’t let me in almost like it didn’t recognize my license plate or something and then the 3rd time I went and it did let me in but it was a horrible experience. Left with scratches all offer my car from the brushes and it didn’t even clean the back of my car. The front and sides were clean but the back was completely still white with all the salt still on it. Canceling my membership immediately.
Car wash was the usual. Vacuums have limited suction and could not be used at all. Purchase is advertised with vacuums, but for $12 today I was not able to vacuum my car. Would have rather went to waterway for $10
CUSTOMER BEWARE- IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A REFUND WHEN MACHINES ARE DOWN!! I pulled in and selected my wash, then pulled up and the girls were having a problem getting the machines working (I was first customer as soon as they opened on 2.14.26 and the girl moved the cones so I could pull in and pay apparently before they tried starting the machines) which no big deal because I'll get my money back, right?
