I AM WRITING TO ASK WHY OUR LOCAL LOCATION HAS GONE DOWN HILL SINCE SWITCHING TO YOUR OWNER SHIP/ SINCE TAKING OVER THIS LOCATION YOU HAVE REMOVED EQUIPMENT FROM THE DRIVE THRU AND NOW BLOCKING ONE LANE AND HAVING AN EMPLOYEE STAND OUT AT THE KIOSK AND ENTERING INFORMATION ON A TABLET . I WENT BY THREE TIMES THIS WEEKEND AND THE LINE WAS BACKED TO THE MAIN STREET . I UNDERSTAND DRUMMING UP NEW BUSINESS ,BUT BLOCKING ONE LANE AND CAUSING UNNECESSARY DELAYS TO ACCOMPLISH THIS GOAL
