I WENT BY THREE TIMES THIS WEEKEND AND THE LINE WAS BACKED TO THE MAIN STREET . I UNDERSTAND DRUMMING UP NEW BUSINESS ,BUT BLOCKING ONE LANE AND CAUSING UNNECESSARY DELAYS TO ACCOMPLISH THIS GOAL
