My partner and I both have monthly memberships and we both agree that this place has gone been going downhill. Most of the time the vacuums are broken or just not even on. They don’t have air fresheners any more and the staff is not as friendly as they once were. Also I have no idea who the manager is now but the old manager used to come out and greet you/ask if you needed anything. Will most likely cancel my monthly memberships.
What’s the point in having a touch screen point of sale purchase if there’s an employee standing in front on it to ring you up ??? The entire purchase process is inefficient and just dumb. I’m not here to talk to someone and shoot the breeze, I’m here to get my car cleaned and move on.
Love going to Wistle Express Car Wash. the staff here are so friendly and helpful. Always there to help and lend a hand specially Desiree. She is so great. Need more staff like her. Cheers
1500 Mayport Rd. in Jacksonville, Florida is the whistle wash I am at. The people who work in here have been very helpful but the system is a total joke. I have been a member here for a couple years and there are always problems with the camera and the systems and the migrating and now it has deducted me twice. Someone upstairs really needs to get this straightened out. It's ridiculous. There are a lot of members here and you're gonna start losing them because of this. I have friends that I've already canceled.
Willie was polite and professional. My car came out looking brand new highly recommend getting a car wash here
