This place used to be great under the old manager. The new guy couldn't seem to care less. The quality of the staff has gone way downhill. Half of the cleaning chemicals are empty most times when I go. There's barely ever clean towels. Half the vacuums won't be working there will be trash everywhere. Joe at the Mayport Rd, Fl is fantastic! He is always kind and positive. A very hard worker. Always filling towels, emptying trash and going the extra mile. But the best part is that he talks to the customers. Give this employee a promotion! He deserves it.
