I've been going here since it was first opened under Fins. 3 weeks ago I went through the drive through and my b pillar got messed up by the car wash. The day I went they were changing over companies atleast that's what I was told and I spoke to someone who assured me it would be taken care of. That same person told me what would need to provide which I promptly did and he ignored almost all of my correspondences even though they were shown as ready pretty immediately after I sent each one. This car wash is mired in an employment crisis. There are a few hard-working people and the rest look like street people and homeless bums who tend to work one week and quit. Despite having seen two new camera systems installed to automatically admit customer members into the wash based on license plate in the last eight months, they don’t work. I reached out on their chat and was told I would be contacted from a specific phone #. I was never contacted. I have just sent another message via their online chat and have also sent a direct message to the noted phone #. I will also be calling them at the number noted on their website as well. This company has a very concerning payment system. When you roll up to set up payment and type of wash, the payment option can easily be misunderstood. You can set up a monthly membership without even realizing it. This happened to us. Went to the carwash, because no one returns calls, and had this canceled with no refund. Was told refunds can't be given and that the manager was in a meeting and couldn't help us. It was supposed to have been cancelled , was given a receipt saying to it was canceled.
