I'm so glad I got up this morning to bring my car in for a wash because I had the most pleasant encounter with Mike. As a new member, he was attentive, welcoming, and took the time to explain the entire process to me. Even after my vehicle was washed, he came back to check on me while I was cleaning out my car to make sure everything was going well.
