My car did not meet professional standards.
Ms Karina and Ms Skylar I believe she said her name was..Top tier service is an understatement. I’m new to the area and I’ve only been here twice, and I don’t care if they’re closed and my car is dirty, I will wait for them to open!! Friendliness goes a long way when it comes to maintaining customers. Plus the vaccums have insane suction 😆.
Kaitlin was the manger the day I came in to get my car washed, I complained about the damage that my vehicle had after the wash. She was yelling and claiming that there is no damages done. Which I have proof of but she is very unprofessional and people claim she struggles in her role, along with getting people in for the job.. figured I would help some people out and let people know this place sucks! Including the management!!
