This place has been some of the best costumer service I have ever received while also being some of the worst. Some days I get the attendants that are super friendly. Other days I go and the attendants act like they hate the world or are nowhere to be found. I have gone multiple times this month with no clean towels in any of the holders and the vacuums aren’t turned on. Wish this had a little more consistency
DUMP. Machines don’t work, only 1 employee who has to run take money and then run back and start washes. Disaster - avoid
Excellent service, and employees always attentive to the specific needs of each client.
