I was a customer of whistle and canceled my membership for 2 vehicles six months ago. They continued to bill me for 6 months. I have called multiple times for the refund. They agree the refund is due but each time i call they tell me that they are redoing the accounting system and the check would be issued next month. This has continued for two months now. I have chosen to simply file this with Small Claims System LET THE BUYER BE WARE
I've been a member for awhile now. Go in weekly. Zach today was the best I have ever had.
