I paid for a $20 car wash. Got charged $24. The price was clearly stated at $20. Attendant did not know how to refund. Got stuck paying $4 more that should have. Go elsewhere. They rip! you! off! Partially my fault for not paying enough attention at the end of the transaction but they have the checkout system rigged.
It is very difficult to get a car wash there The reason why if you're not a member the manager or supervisor One of his employees too busy trying to sell memberships which holds the line all the way back about 10 cars deep it will take you at least 30 minutes to get through that line. Then if you don't want to buy membership the kid will hassle you and try to talk you into it like you're buying a car. There's no reason for this I just want car wash and so does everybody else.
Went to whistle car wash. There was big rush of people behind and I felt as though the quality of service was lacking even though I pay for a membership. I went to get my car washed it still how was dirty. I then tried to see if I get the "Wash guarantee" to get a second wash, and they employee told me no politely and that it was against the policy to be washed again.
