Currently a monthly member always asked for tire shine, and other fluids are always seem to be out. They always seem to charge me monthly but when I always ask for the things that we pay for I never get kind of disappoint. Given the fact that I’ve lived here for 40+ years and we’re a native and we also own businesses here. I just hope that management sees this and actually does something and also maybe he takes it to another level and actually cares
I took my new vehicle to the wash and unfortunately my vehicle was scratched in several places. I showed the damage to the manger and they did a report. Now after several months and calling repeatedly, my vehicle has not been repaired. I would not recommend using this car wash as they will not assist if liable for damages to your vehicle.
Worst car wash ever the employee’s got bad attitude I will never go back there
I do not see how this car wash gets so many 5 star reviews. Before I go through the tunnel, my car is barely prepped and I have to ask for them to take the extra step to wash my wheel bases and trim under my doors because the wash will not get the mud off of those areas. I understand they are trying to get as many people through as possible, but it should be about quality over quantity.
