Disappointing. I get that their vacuums have to be off when it’s raining, that’s fine. But letting someone pay for a wash without mentioning it isn’t. I came specifically to clean the inside of my friend’s car. I had a full conversation with the employee beforehand, and instead of a heads-up, the focus was on selling a membership. I’ve since learned the vacuums are free for any Joe Schmo to use, which makes this even more frustrating.
