We have had a Whisperkool overhead mini split for five years now in our wine wall. It was installed by one of their certified techs. We have not got more than a few months with this thing working. It continuously has problems and Whisperkool continuously slows the techs ability to get replacement parts under warranty. We have spent thousands and many years trying to get ours to work continuously. Whisperkool has failed us. My experience with WhisperKool customer support has been beyond terrible. My split unit has broken down 4 times in the last 2 years. I had to move all my wine to a storage bank. Buyers beware! The worse part of their customer support is how difficult it is to get in touch with them. The whole unit keeps icing up and they have no solutions on how to fix it.

The WhisperKool 4000 we installed in a client's home immediately started malfunctioning. WhisperKool selected and hired another company to replace defective parts twice, but never paid them. Now they are pursuing our client for payment and the unit is still under warranty. WhisperKool does not only disregard their warranty, they can obligate you to pay third parties. All parties are filing complaints against WhisperKool with the BBB and Attorney General's Office.

I had an excellent experience on a phone call to WhisperKOOL Support. Giovanni was most helpful helping me fix my problem. After this experience, I will recommend their products to others.

Had an issue with my WhisperKOOL l had not been able to determine. Spoke with techincal service and they were extremely helpful and determining my problem and solution. Nice to have actual people that answer the phone and can problem solve.
