We have lived here for over a year and love it. The pool is open and is beautiful. Neighbors are fantastic. Looking forward to the next phase to start.
We chose this neighborhood because it advertised both walking trails and a dog park on signs in the neighborhood and on the website. Now both are mysteriously not a thing anymore. You can see the old faded dog park sign discarded by some trees near the front. We would have not moved here if we knew they would bait and switch with the walking trails. & funny enough; our HOA dues went up despite these amenities being axed.
Have lived here for a year. Absolutely love this neighborhood. It’s relatively small so it’s easily walkable and everyone maintains their property great. The neighbors are very friendly and you can almost always find a few out walking with their dogs or kids. We’ve lived in over 15 places and I believe we are here to stay.
We love our home- but what we love most is our neighbors! We have the best of the best. Helps make it feel like home
